All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Freda reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the items again at with the correct information.

Freda does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on If the item selected for purchase is not available, Freda will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Freda shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Freda shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

Our jewelry and vintage items are sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.

If an item purchased from Freda incurs damage, please return it to the store. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our jeweler, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.



Orders are shipped within one to two days upon receipt, Monday - Friday, except for holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will go out on the next business day.

Most orders will be shipped from New Orleans, LA except for certain Marfa made items. If something is out of stock or we expect a delay in shipping, we will let you know in a timely fashion. We greatly appreciate your patience in these instances.

We ship using FedEx and USPS. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking info. For packages weighing more than 10 lbs. or that require special handling, we will contact you to discuss your preferred method of shipment.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Freda is happy to offer store credit or exchange only for any full price item sent back in its original condition within 14 days of placing your order. Please send an email to [email protected] letting us know what you will be sending and the reason for your return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and we are not responsible for your package if it is lost or damaged in transit.
